UVM has an institutional subscription to The Chronicle of Higher Education in print and online. You can access the online edition of the The Chronicle through the Journal Titles list on the Libraries’ Web site.
An additional benefit of the institutional subscription is that all UVM affiliates can register for an individual account at The Chronicle’s site. You’ll need to be on-campus or connected through the proxy server in order to do this. I highly recommend that you create an individual account as it will give you access to additional services and features including:
The Chronicle App Library
- Ability to comment on articles online
- Subscriptions to e-mail updates and newsletters
- Access to The Chronicle using their free iPad App
The iPad App gives you the ability to download complete issues of the Chronicle to your iPad for offline reading and the content is presented in a visual and textual format that is very similar to the print version of the publication.
